"My bone density test improved three deviations after a year of working with Jessica. My doctor and I were very pleased!" F. Fink, Brooklyn, NY

My program designs are based on research in the field of Exercise Science. I stay abreast of current studies to determine what's safe and effective so that you can achieve maximum results with the least risk of injury in the least amount of time.
After an initial health history intake, an assessment of your fitness level and a discussion about your goals, I will prepare a customized and progressive exercise program to meet your needs. I explain why we do what we do and make it fun in the process. Your progress will be monitored continuously to ensure that I am challenging you at all times. Your comprehensive program will encompass cardiovascular and resistance training as well as balance and flexibility enhancement.

Whether it's weight loss, increasing lean muscle mass, improving bone density or simply being more fit, I will help you look and feel your absolute best. Stay fit, stay healthy, live longer, live better.

Reasons to exercise. Determinants of aging
you can control:

  • Postpone disability
  • Prevent the loss of muscle mass to fat
  • Combat age related loss of strength
  • Maintain your basal metabolic rate ( how many calories you burn when you are not in motion)
  • Manage your blood pressure and cholesterol
  • Maintain bone density
