I'm 61 with 8 grandchildren, If I can do it so can you!

My program designs are based on research in the field of Exercise Science. I stay abreast of current studies to determine what's safe and effective so that you can achieve maximum results with the least risk of injury. After an initial health history intake, an assessment of your fitness level and a discussion about your goals, I will prepare a customized and progressive exercise program to meet your needs. I explain why we do what we do and make it fun in the process. I chart your progress to make sure that you are working at the appropriate fitness level. Sessions are one hour long and begin with a warm up followed by resistance training (dumbbells, bands, balls, etc.) and conclude with passive stretching (everybody's favorite part!)

Whether it's weight loss, increasing lean muscle mass, improving bone density or simply being more fit, I will help you look and feel your absolute best.
Stay fit, stay healthy, live longer, live better.
